Artemis completed a staffing placement for a manufacturing company in Houston who was looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer. They had previously used two separate staffing firms to find the right fit for their growing company. However, both individuals hired on did not make it past a year each time. They found that the skill sets, personality, work ethic and environmental fit were not present with the individuals they had been introduced to from the previous staffing firms. After researching the company’s need, pain points and growth projections, we were able to then discuss the current environment along with the skill sets and personality that would be a strong fit for their company. The management team who would be working with the new CFO completed a Professional Profile Assessment to discover each of their knowledge base, personality and decision making tactics. This assisted in the management team learning more about each other and the specific type of individual that would be a good fit for their team. We were able to find them the perfect hire within 1.5 weeks and she brought the skill set and personality to the table that the team had been looking for.

After a few weeks of strategy sessions, discussions, cleaning up his resume and targeting opportunities that matched his compensation, skills set and personality, we were able to find a Marketing Director position that met all of his criteria. Working with a client out of Dallas, we received a call the minute they had an opening for a Chief of Operations role after being referred to them by a client of ours whom we had completed two placements with. Our client is in the Technology space and they had recently lost their COO due to her moving out of state for family matters. Our client had used one staffing firm for a while to fill other positions within the company; however, they did not feel the skill set to hire this level of manager would be their forte. We took a deep dive into what they needed to achieve within the next five years and what the strategy for their company was in order to ensure that the next hire would be able to handle and manage the transition from private to public in a few years. We spoke with the former COO, the current management team and a few board members. This gave the holistic picture we needed in order to search for their special candidate. The management team completed a Professional Profile Assessment as part of our ongoing process in order to focus on the specifics that the candidates needed to poses. Being able to look at our existing talent pool of clients from the Recruiting and Career Support side, we were able to present them with 3 candidates that matched their needs. The gentleman that they brought on felt like the company was the perfect fit for him and they felt the same about him. He has now been with them for 2 years and still having a good time growing the company.

By developing a marketing and strategic plan, we were able to execute on her behalf. After packaging her profile together by including a professional photo, resume, references and professional profile, we were able to present her to four separate staffing firms that worked with distribution companies for staffing and placements. One firm was able to introduce her to a company for a COO position that they were bringing into the company.
